Life is beauty, admire it

To me, it is important to appreciate the beauty in everything around us. A friend always told me he had trouble marveling in front of a flower poppy. It’s difficult for me to understand this because I am like a child. So, I get impressed by landscapes, fauna, flora, beautiful images, artifacts, art and music, novelty, and so on! Also, there is always a way to find beauty and positivity in what we observe with our eyes and in most situations. Sounds and music also express beauty. In addition, we can see beauty by all our senses. For example, the good dishes we enjoy with pleasure, the smell of flowers we breathe gently, or caressing a soft fabric. That’s all beauty!

Life is a challenge, meet it

I like to take up challenges. It is one of the reasons why I carry out creative projects that you can discover on my site. Ourselves or some others throw some challenges. Also, there are the ones that are sent by faith. I like to take up the challenges that I start. This is why I challenged 30 videos in 30 days. To find out more about this challenge and, above all, why we give each other challenges, go see my article “Why give each other challenges”. Living on this earth is a challenge, an adventure that we must dare, making us feel alive, enthusiastic, and energetic. Return to challenges gives experience and pride and increases our confidence and self-esteem. There is no missed challenge; these are only experiences added to our baggage.

Life is sorrow, overcome it

Living sadness at certain times in our journey on this earth is completely normal. We lose dear beings, relationships end, and failure arises on our journey. What I like about this simple word is to go beyond sadness, not to stay there. This can lead us to dark and disturbing places. Yes, this sadness must be experienced. We must also leave it behind and exceed it. Easier to say than to do, of course! We can go beyond sorrows by action. The other words of Mother Teresa’s text mention either enjoying the beauty, taking up challenges, singing, or doing an activity that relaxes us. Even if the heart does not tell us, the action helps to go beyond sadness to find a balance and the taste of living fully.

And you, what would be your top 3?

What is the best time to listen to or read this text as Mother Teresa?

This prayer to meditate can be listened to or read at any time of the day. However, I have a preference for the morning. And this is to start the day by remembering that it is our actions and our decisions of each day that forge our path here on earth. This text by Mother Teresa reminds us that we can always make choices.
