Take 5 minutes to relax with this cardiac coherence exercise. This technique is known to reduce stress. It is very simple. Breathe in during 5 seconds and exhale during 5 seconds for 5 minutes. Concentrate on your breath the whole time. The rythm of the music and of the wind will guide your counts.
